Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Karol G merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
